Dukes Real Estate handles 81 Strata Management in Adelaide. For your professional strata management, we usually charge about $110 per unit per year and deal with insurance, collection of strata fees, maintenance and correspondence issues.

Sample Quotation of 7 units

We are pleased to submit a Quotation of $770 per year including GST ($110 per unit) for the strata management services for a period of 12 months. The fee will be payable after satisfactory completion at the end of next Annual General Meeting.

All strata contributions funds would be paid into your Strata account held in the Dukes Real Estate Trust account. This Trust account is audited annually as instructed in the Land Agents Act.

Includes:

Meeting fee is included (Saving your Strata $100+)
The collection of quarterly contributions: Cheque, B-pay or payment at post office or Direct Debit
Payment of all accounts presented.
No disbursement fees.
Postage, telephone calls, photocopying, bank and government charges.
Monthly financial statement and all members paid to dates posted to the presiding officer.
Presentation and minuting of one Annual General Meeting.
Organisation of Quotes for Insurance, Fencing, Painting and Maintenance
Auditing costs – $11 each unit
$44 per hour Site inspection or Extra Meeting (If required)
